Today I Feel...

When the pandemic hit in March 2020, I experienced a range of emotions. There were times I felt super low. Sometimes I was angry. Other times I felt afraid. There were also days when I truly enjoyed the quiet and calm that resulted from being forced to slow down. One day I decided to draw and paint how I was feeling. I really liked how the art turned out, plus it made me feel better so I kept going. Over time, I amassed over 50 pieces representing different emotions.

This art is now available in a card deck format. The cards are especially helpful for people with ADHD, autism, neurodiversity, and high sensitivity (HSPs) to aid in the exploration, expression, and processing of feelings.
